FAQ

Shipping

Clocks on SHOP page are made to order and will ship 3-5 business days from time payment is received. Otherwise, because each 'CUSTOM' heel clock is hand styled and decorated by the artist, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery from time payment is received; this allows heels and decor elements to be ordered if needed. All orders are worked in the order received. If you would like to expedite the processing time, please message us prior to purchase. Additional fees may  apply.   

Your order will ship within current timeframe of placing your order (maybe sooner) unless we notify you of a delay (this is not typical).


No replacements are given if the Buyer provides an incorrect address. All item(s) are mailed to the shipping address listed during check out. 

We ship USPS Priority Mail which includes free tracking and insurance up to $50. Shipping cost is $9.95  which  includes cost of shipping materials, postage and handling fees.     

Tax will be calculated at time of checkout applying only to Nevada residents.


Lost or stolen items will not be refunded or replaced. All USPS packages are insured up to the standard $50 by the postal service, but if you would like additional insurance coverage, please let us know so we can add additional cost to your order before purchase. Stolen packages are not refunded by the postal service. If the tracking information says the package was delivered and it was in fact stolen from your shipping address, the post office will not accept this as a claim against the insurance.

Shipping upgrades are available upon request at additional cost.

 

Shipping Guidelines apply to shipping within the contiguous United States only.  Orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii could be subject to longer ship times.                                 is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside its control such as inclement weather, acts of God, or any other shipper related issue(s). Under any circumstance,                                 is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

 

We currently do not offer International shipping at this time, but if you are International, Contact Us so we can work something out for you!  Please stay tuned...

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

We accept credit card, debit card, Paypal and Wix payments. You do not have to have a Paypal account to place an order.  You do not have to have a Wix account to place an order.  Once you click on Paypal it will direct you to payment options. Your payment must be received within 3 days of purchase.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final!!!  All orders made within our shop are treated like "custom orders" because each clock is crafted by hand and are made to order.  

If there any issues with your order, please contact us within 15 days of receipt, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If you fail to notify us within 15 days of receipt, then you forfeit any action by                                      

All clockworks are new.  All clocks are fully tested prior to shipping.  All heels are looked over prior to shipping.
